Stilio
From selected grapes in low yield vineyards in the Manduria area, a selection of grapes undergoes a slight drying on the vine. ‘Stilio’ comes from the ancient Salento cultural tradition of the taranta dance, and the image recalls the symbolism of the spider, whose bite generates the need of dance, music and colors in a cathartic effect – liberating emotions.
